The best day of the entire year is approaching. Aquabear Legion’s annual Pancake Breakfast is Sunday, January 29th at ARTS/West in Athens, Ohio! Last year we decided it made sense to involve the unbelievable local food community here in the Athens area with our fundraiser to help support unbelievable local music and the best day of the year became even better. ALL WEEK we will be spotlighting the local food producers and businesses we are working with this year. Fluff Bakery & Catering is a relatively new addition to Court Street in Athens, Ohio but it is already gaining quite the reputation for being very, very, very, very awesome. Was that enough? They make tons of amazing treats (including homemade snickers bars, whoopie pies, and various sweets) and serve a solid sandwich too all while working with alot of local producers. Fluff has also been making Blockhead Donuts, which will be available for an upgrade at this year’s Pancake Breakfast! DONUTS! Plus, they are nice enough to still hang out with us shifty rock and roll types even though you have to get up real early to make good food.
