COUNTY FAIR PREVIEW: Dragline Bros

Dragline Bros. (formerly The Redtails for those that can go back that far) are one of the most kickass rock and roll bands I have ever seen. Aquabear is glad to welcome them back for another County Fair TONIGHT at Casa Cantina they will be closing out the night. This band contains some of Athens’ finest musicians, as a bassist I would give my left leg to play like Andrew Weiland and I am sure most guitarists would feel that way about Seth Riddlebarger’s solos, and drummers for Chris McKee’s everything. And they will be joined tonight by a few extra members, though we know it’s not Tim Peacock cause he went to Pittsburgh for the weekend. COUNTY FAIR PREVIEW: She Bears

Aquabear gave She Bears some love (it’s a bear thing) a while back when they put out their last record. This interview is funnier than anything that I could write right now, so we will just link to that. She Bears are from Athens, Ohio though I hear talk they will be leaving for the bright lights of Columbus, Ohio after spending the Summer touring around.  Come on out to Aquabear County Fair night two a  free show at Casa Cantina on Friday, March 5th to see She Bears join Dragline Bros, Manor Animals, and Chris Biester.
